Dr Samaratunga graduated from the University of Queensland in 2005 and completed physician training at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, with placements across Queensland. She achieved FRACP in 2014, followed by a 3-year fellowship in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine.

She manages complex sleep disorders, including neuromuscular respiratory weakness, non-invasive ventilation, hypersomnolence, and obstructive sleep apnoea.

Her respiratory work covers COPD, asthma, lung cancer, and interstitial lung disease, with skills in bronchoscopy, pleural procedures, and ultrasound.

She is a University of Queensland lecturer, presents at national conferences, and is a member of TSANZ and the Australasian Sleep Association.

She practices at Greenslopes Private Hospital and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

Dr Isuru Seneviratne is a Respiratory Specialist.  He Graduated from the University of Auckland in 2008.  He is a dual Specialist in Thoracic Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine.

Dr Seneviratne is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians since 2018 and a Fellow of the College of Intestive Care medicine since 2019.

He has worked in clinical centres of excellence across Australia and New Zealand, and completed a fellowship in Lung Transplantation and Pulmonary Hypertension in Brisbane.

Kieren is a Specialist Respiratory and Sleep Physician available for consultation in all areas of respiratory and sleep medicine. He has special interests in lung cancer diagnosis and bronchoscopy. He has an interest in both Obstructive sleep apnoea and non-respiratory sleep disorders.

Kieren is a Visiting Medical Officer at Greenslopes Private Hospital and also holds an appointment at Ipswich Hospital in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. He is actively involved in the training of medical students and is an Education Supervisor for the Physician training program.
